My name is Chuck Scales and I have lived in Sweetwater Oaks since 1999. I served on the Board of Directors from June of 2013 until June of 2025. I am a Licensed Community Association Manager, license # CAM60298, EXP. DATE 09/30/2026. I am NOT an attorney nor do I have any special legal training. This web site is dedicated to providing Members of the Sweetwater Oaks Homeowners' Association information that would take many hours of research to find in the Covenants and Restrictions, By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, State Statutes and/or Federal Laws. Different sections of these documents will be copied and pasted along with references as to where the entire document can be reviewed. You are invited to review each submission and come to your own conclusion as to what the documents mean. I will provide my opinions and will label them as such when I do.  

There are many circumstances concerning the Homeowners' Association rules, policies and actions of the Board of Directors and the Architectural Review Board that you may have more information about and you are concerned about.
